Jeff Reynolds promoted to Director of Scouting/Game Management
Reynolds manages a wide array of off-court duties for the Hokies. His experience at all levels of coaching and basketball are invaluable to Williams and the program. Reynolds' work ethic and keen sense of detail allow for his significant input into strategy, daily staff planning and scouting. This new title better reflects not only his day-to-day responsibilities, but also his long-term and off-season importance to the program. Reynolds is a 1978 graduate of UNC Greensboro and is married to the former Janet Montgomery.
Have to say, I love this. We give Buzz a nice extension earlier this year and he turns around and immediately gives his assistants some promotions as well. We keep this kind of performance up, we're going to have to start turning away talented assistants who want to coach here due to lack of room.
