The most compelling storyline again this spring is who will emerge as Virginia Tech's top quarterback. A ancillary narrative by comparison, Andrew Motuapuaka and Tremaine Edmunds began spring as the only inside linebackers with experience at their positions. Their backups, Tavante Beckett and Anthony Shegog, made their debuts at mike and backer, respectively. Would depth at LB be an issue.
