With the win over Clemson and Stanford's win over Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech has clinched the 8 seed in the ACC Tournament.
They will face #9 Georgia Tech, who the Hokies defeated 105-94 in double OT in Atlanta, behind 24 points from Wenzel, 20 from White and Micheaux, and 17 from Baker and Ekh.
Should the Hokies win, they will take on #1 NC State, who clinched with their win over SMU today.
Most of the ACC tournament field has been set.
Day 1 will see #10 UVA face #15 Pitt or Miami, #11 Stanford take on #14 Clemson, and #12 BC take on #13 Syracuse
Day 2 will see the Hokies and GT, the loser of tonight's Duke/FSU or Louisville game take on the winner of BC/Syr, #6 Louisville or the loser of tonight's Duke/FSU game take on the winner of Stan/Clem, and #7 Cal take on the winner of UVA/Pitt/Miami.
NC State, Notre Dame, and #4 UNC have clinched the double bye, while the winner of Duke/FSU will also clinch the 3 spot.
