Dear Ralph,
We need you. It's never been more apparent than this season that we need change on the offensive coaching staff, and I think you're the one who can fix those problems. This season has been an absolute abomination, bad play calls, bad penalties, and bad offensive line play. These are all things that you have proven to be an expert at fixing. As someone who grew up in Maryland I was able to see and hear about all the things you've done in your career and know that you are one of the best offensive minds in college football. But this is bigger than our school, this is about Frank Beamer. I don't want it to end like this, he has 4 years left on his contract, that's only 4 more chances to reach that ultimate goal of a National Championship, and if this doesn't get any better then his legacy will be forever tarnished. As one of his friends I'm asking you to help him and join our coaching staff next season.
Also we'll give you a turkey leg for every touchdown we score.
On Behalf of Hokies fans everywhere, we need you.
P.S. We play Maryland next year, just in case you still want some revenge.
