Hokies head football coach Frank Beamer was in attendance for Virginia Tech's disappointing 47-50 loss to the Cavaliers. (Alex will have more on this later.) Son Shane, granddaughter Olivia (I believe) and even Bryan Stinespring was with him. It was a Beamer family outing and of course the cameras found the family.
Shane's daughter was in tears. (Probably because she's clairvoyant and knew how the game would end.)
Meanwhile Frank, well Frank's system idle process was running before an interrupt to crush the rest of that milkshake was received.
