The topic about Tyrod seeing the field Sunday got me thinking... With the sudden rise in popularity of the read-option and quarterbacks that can run it, do you think Tyrod would have been a hotter draft-day commodity if he had been coming out of VT this year instead of when he did? He was the quickest qb in the draft that year, and had demonstrated success in college.
I'm not saying he'd be a first round pick or anything, but he might've garnered more interest than he did. Thoughts?
