Let's pretend that 64 teams in four 16 team superconferences will happen. Breaking away from the NCAA and taking all that Tv money for themselves.

Who makes the cut?
All current B1G TEN, SEC and PAC 12 teams for sure.
Based on stability and current tv package with ESPN, one can assume the ACC makes that cut too, but it's not 100% lock like the first 3, but let's go with it, that is 48 teams ... leaving 16 left to fill in.
Off the top of my head, I am sure I am forgetting a couple.
Guaranteed-now up to 54 teams
Notre Dame
Texas
OU
Okie State
West Virginia
Pitt
Almost locks-up to 59 teams
Mizzou
Louisville
UConn
Syracuse
Kansas
Pickem Group
These teams below have geographical, money or product flaws, but most likely get in, it depends on how leagues fill out and regional areas - 6 fills em to the magical 64
Texas Tech
BYU
Rutgers
TCU
Boise
Cincy
USF
KState
Ruh Roh
Iowa State
Baylor
Houston
UCF
SMU
Don't ask me who gets slotted where, tho we can assume OU/Okie St to Pac12. Of course Big Ten and SEC can also do some ACC raiding as well. One thing is for sure the ACC or whoever the 4th superconference full of east coast and some midwest garbage won't be so super, but try telling that that to Iowa State and Baylor tho.
