Couldn't believe we don't have a topic on this yet. The USA is off to a great start this year, up 2-0 at the time of this posting. Finau and Koepka did a great job to battle back and knock of the #1 player in the world, Justin Rose, who was playing with Jon Rahm. DJ and Rickie made quick work of Rory and Olesen, all things considered. Tommy Fleetwood has kicked it into another gear this morning, so a 4-0 sweep is out of the picture. But to come out of the morning at 3-0 is hell of a start.
Update 7:47 EST: Molinari drains a birdie putt to give Europe their first point. USA leads 3-1.
Update 11:00 EST: WELP
Update 11:45 EST: That was ugly. USA is down 5-3 at the end of the first day of matches.
