Erick Green "I ain't leavin"

A rumor has been floating around that Erick Green would be leaving the program at the end of this year, possibly to play overseas.

Before tonight's loss to NC State Green Tweeted this.

It's ambiguous, but with a rumor making the rounds it's easy to see how it could have been interpreted as his last game in Cassell ever, and not for this season.

Seth benching Green for the start of the second half added more fuel to the fire. However, Green addressed the issue after the loss.

Green's return next season is crucial because 1) he'll be a key contributor on the floor, and 2) a prominent veteran player leaving a young team that struggled all season for greener pastures pun (intended, sorry) is not a good look.
