2013 Trailer Annoucement

The original plan was to just put up the poster and let people speculate, but then we decided the middle of February was the best/worst time for a football tease:

MStrawther and I have been putting out football trailers for the past few years and I recall last year someone referred to it as a competition. I quickly responded that I never viewed it that way. I always believed all Virginia Tech offseason trailers are one big collaborative effort to fire up HokieNation.

"Collaborative Effort." That got me thinking.

I approached Michael back in December with an interesting proposition. I wanted to produce a series of videos so epic that even Hoos would whisper, "...go Hokies." We would be sending raw video files back and forth and editing them together. He was just as fired up as I was and we immediately went to work. Together we have already put in many MANY hours and we will be working for many more. All we ask is that you spread the word. Joe, the rest of the staff, and the whole TKP community have been awesome at helping to circulate our videos. Let’s keep it going! Talk to your friends, family, co-workers, any random person with a VT sticker on their car, and have them register on the site.
