Diamond says Raycom asked them to reject it so Raycom can seek other broadcast partners for next season. Diamond owns Bally Sports and they filed bankruptcy earlier this year. Given that the vast majority of RSN games were on Bally, this pretty much kills what little was left of the Raycom package of the ACC deal.
