She was an Assistant Athletic Director at Marquette working with women's basketball prior to this. Before Marquette she held similar roles at George Washington and Stony Brook.
She will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the program, including management of the program's budget and coordination of team travel. Isler also assists with summer camps and is the external relations liaison with groups including alumni, marketing and communications.
