Alight, I'm going to start this off in a direction you all probably weren't expecting. So I never got around to playing Deathloop when it came out a couple years back, and I think I need to go back and play it. And now I'm even more sure of it, knowing the guy who voiced Colt Vahn, Jason E Kelley, is a Hokie, as evidenced by this interview I stumbled upon.
