Updated 10:54 a.m.: By email, Virginia Tech athletics director Jim Weaver said: “Virginia Tech redshirt sophomore placekicker Cody Journell is immediately suspended indefinitely from the football team in conjunction with University Policy 1035.”

Does anyone know if Danny Coale can kick field goals?

Obviously this isn't puttin our best foot forward for the trip to NOLA. It's an extra distraction and now we have to find another kicker. What do you guys think?
